Renewal subscription started as scheduled, and it was easy to start using. I am a little confused by multiple contacts about the subscription, but it appears my renewal for 2 years seems to be effective

I'm a long time WSJ subscriber and I'm always looking for a way to save on my subscriptions. Having finally run out of ways to receive a discounted subscription I ran across WSJ Renew. You don't get to choose your login credentials and you do have to go to WSJ Renew to report delivery issues and vacation holds, but paying almost 50% less that I otherwise would have been forced to do, makes me a happy subscriber and am hoping the same kind of discounts will be available when I renew in the future.

Fast service. Realized my old subscription was done on Wed. P.M. , placed order that day and got first paper on Sat.
Received paper at my front door within two days. On time every day since sign up.
I was a bit hesitant at first, but from time of order to start of subscription and order confirmation was very efficient. I recommend this service and am pleased with my purchase
I was renewing for the first time, and the process was a bit difficult to figure out. WSJRenew answered my questions so I am assuming when the new subscription begins, I will have no difficulties.

Started receiving my WSJ to my paper box on Jan 25th, just what I expected. Problem, have been receiving a 2nd copy delivered by USPS to my mail and addressed to a Michael Skarr, no one lives @ 1072 Paiute trail by that name, please check your records as Mike is probably wondering where his WSJ is.
